From the first contact with staff my wife and I were treated with courtesy and kindness. At no time did we feel un-cared for or uncomfortable./nEvery single member of the 'Greville ward team seemed not only to enjoy meeting us but also to thoroughly enjoy working for the NHS (god knows how after the way nurses especially have been treated over the past years).
Suggested improvements
My wife and I have discussed this in depth and honestly cannot think of any way that my wife experience could have been bettered./nMany many thanks to all the 'Greville ward team' please include the staff serving tea. Food and conversation.
